Golf Pride DD2

The new DD2 from Golf Pride is a technically advanced, all-rubber grip that combines a firm core for stability with a soft, gold-textured exterior for outstanding comfort and control. The firm, black core material extends to the grip surface in key areas to create a visual thumb-placement guide while providing additional stability throughout the grip. The DD2 is designed for all skill levels and provides the superior durability and performance you expect from a Golf Pride grip.
This golf grip is a great all around grip but does better in dryer conditions.  If your hands sweat a lot, or you often golf in wet or humid condtions, you should consider a New Decade, Multi Compound golf grip.  The DD2 has a soft to medium responsivenss for great shock absorbtion.  The DD2s smooth surface design gives it a softer, more tacky feel.
Now also available in a ribbed version.
The DD2 has been selected by the Arthritis Foundation for its Ease-of-Use Commendation for its ability to minimize the painful effects on joints while swinging a golf club.
Also available in a red/black, lime green/black and midsize versions and a grip kit.

When I installed the grips they had a great feel and looked better than any others I had found. However, after about 4 months use they began to get stiff and after 5 months should be changed as they are not only stiff but slippery. A very good grip initially but not a long lasting one.

I love the feel of these grips not to mention the visual aspect. The outline helps to place your hands correctly and it comes in cool colors too!
